What is a credit?

A prepaid allowance to use DataCrawly. A credit is spent when a crawl keeps a new website that matches your criteria. Credits are not money: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

What do I get for each website?

Its technologies and versions, category, location and the business contact details the company publishes on its own site. No personal profiles.

Do credits expire?

Plan credits are issued each billing period and expire at its end. Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

What is a parallel crawler?

How many crawls can work at the same time. More crawlers fill the same criteria faster; the price of a credit stays the same.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Can I get a refund?

Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Details are in the Refund Policy. Refund Policy

Who processes payments, and are taxes included?

Payments are processed by our authorised reseller, which acts as merchant of record and appears on your card statement and invoice. Prices are in US dollars without VAT; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
