Technology Inspector

A Chrome extension that scans the page you have open and reports what it is built with. Detection runs in your browser, and each finding carries the signal that produced it.

Technologies on the page

Independent detectors inspect loaded resource URLs, generator tags and a small set of DOM markers to name frameworks, ecommerce platforms, hosting, analytics, chat and consent tools.

Evidence, not guesses

Every match carries a fixed, readable label describing the signal behind it. No match means no supported signature was found on this page, not that the site avoids the technology.

Installation IDs

Public GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel identifiers declared on the page are listed, searchable and copyable.

Structured data

Schema.org JSON-LD, microdata and common RDFa, plus Open Graph, Twitter Cards, the declared language and the canonical URL, each with expandable source details.

Linked profiles

Social profiles declared in page markup and JSON-LD are canonicalised, de-duplicated and shown beside the page overview. A linked profile is not proof of ownership.

Local export

The current report downloads as JSON straight from the browser. Resource URLs and query strings stay out of the file.

A shared record

Pages you open can add observations to the DataCrawly dataset: domain, path, technology ids and visit time, nothing more. Pause collection in Settings whenever you want.

What stays in the browser

Cookies, form values, page content and page-local storage never leave the browser. Paths are recorded without query strings or fragments, and no page text, evidence labels or contact data is uploaded.
